Hier möchten wir Ihnen unsere Hausmarke B&S Profi Mulcher vorstellen.
Unser Ziel ist es, sehr hochwertige Mulcher zu fertigen. Durch Fertigung großer Stückzahlen, können wir sehr attraktive Preise, für diese nahezu konkurenzlosen Schlegelmulcher anbieten.
Hier ein paar Anregungen und Informationen.
Woran erkennt man einen guten Mulcher?
1. Gewicht / Maße / Materialstärken
Schon einmal am Eigengewicht des Mulchers und daraus schließend an den Materialstärken. 180cm Modell 523 kg, 200cm Modell 543kg, 220cm Modell 563 kg
2. Rotorwelle / Nachlaufwalze / Lagerung
Sehr wichtig sind ebenfalls die Durchmesser der Rotorwellen und Nachlaufwalzen. Die großen Wellen garantieren unseren Kunden, eine lange und störungsfreie Arbeit.
Rotorduchmesser = 170 mm
Nachlaufwalze = 170 mm
Beide Modelle zeichnen sich durch einen ruhigen Lauf aus. Zu verdanken ist dies der feingewuchteten Rotorwelle. Die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit von 2150 RPM sorgt für eine sehr gute Zerkleinerung des Schnittgutes. Es können problemlos Äste und Gestrüpp von einem Durchmesser von 4-5cm geschreddert werden. Ebenfalls sind beide Modelle mit einer gezackten Gegenschneide ausgestattet.
Die Lagerung wird von NSK gewährleistet. NSK ist Weltweit führender Hersteller von Wälzlagern. Die Lager laufen in Windturbinen, Industrien und sind in Fahrzeugen nahezu aller renommierten Automobilhersteller verbaut. Die wartungsarmen Lager sind alle über leicht zugängliche Punkte schmierbar.
3. Antrieb Getriebe / Keilriemen
Auch bei den verbauten Getrieben setzen wir auf renommierte Hersteller. Hier kommt das robuste Getriebe der Marke CMR Group, mit intergriertem Freilauf, aus Italien zum Einsatz. Antrieb erfolgt über 4 Keilriemen. Die Spannung erfolgt extern und leicht zugänglich mittels Einstellschraube. Für einen sauberen Lauf sind ebenfalls die 2 Riemenscheiben feingewuchtet.
4. Leistungsbedarf
180cm Modell min. 35 PS, 200cm Modell 45PS, 220cm min. 50 PS
5. Hydr Seitenverschiebung / Höhenverstellung
Alle Modelle haben standardmäßig eine hydr. Seitenverschiebung von 40cm.
Die Einstellung der Schnitthöhe wird über die höhenverstellbare Stützwalze geregelt. Ein zusätzliches Abstreifblech sorgt für eine ständige Reinigung der Nachlaufwalze.
6. Allgemeine Ausstattung.
Um den Ausstoß von Steinen oder anderen Gefahrenquellen zu verhindern, haben wir uns bewusst für den Kettenvorhang am Einzug entschieden. Die bei anderen Hersteller verbauten Klappen verbiegen und verschleißen wesentlich schneller. Die Modelle sind mit 800 g Hammerschlegeln versehen.
Zusätzlich sind beide Modelle serienmäßig mit einer Klappe am Heck ausgestattet. Sollte das Mähwerk zum verstopfen neigen, ermöglicht diese den Auswurf der Schnittgüter. Dazu ist sie sehr hilfreich für Reinigungs- oder Wartungsarbeiten. Bei der 220cm Version ist diese Öffnungsklappe hydr. zu öffnen. Dafür wird ein zusätzlicher Hydraulikkreis benötigt.
Zu allem Mulchern liefern wir Ihnen eine Zapfelle mit Rutschkupplung. Diese schützt den Mulcher z.B vor dem verkeilen eines Astes / Steinschlag o.ä..
Um vor äußerlichen Beschädigungen geschützt zu sein, haben die B&S Profi Schegelmulcher einen stabilen Stoßschutz über der Riemenabdeckung.
Der Dreipunktbock ist mit Kat. II Bolzen ausgestattet.
Jeder Mulcher wird betriebsbereit, inkl. Betriebsstoffen und 0,5h Probelauf, an unsere Kunden übergeben / geliefert. Es muss kein zeitintensives zusammenbauen eingeplant werden. D.h. anbauen und fertig.
Zu jeder Lieferung erhalten Sie eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung mit Ersatzteilbuch. Ersatzteilversorgung gewährleistet.
