Die Bodenumkehrfräse erleichtert Ihnen Ihre Garten-, Land- und Ackerarbeit enorm.
Der Antrieb der Fräse erfolgt über die Zapfwelle eines Traktors mit 540 U/min auf ein sehr robustes Winkelgetriebe.
Von dort wird die Kraft durch eine Kette auf die Fräswelle übertragen.
Die abgewinkelte Messer arbeiten sich durch den Boden und werfen die Erde gegen das hintere höhenverstellbare Prallblech.
Dieses sorgt für eine gute Zerkrümelung und der damit verbundenen Auflockerung des Saatbettes.
Pro Flansch sind 4 Messer montiert!
Durch eine manuelle Verstellung lässt sich die Umkehrfräse auch mittig bzw. außermittig vom Traktor fahren.
Diese Fräse ist ideal für den Einsatz mit einem Kompakttraktor geeignet.
Ideal für die Bodenbearbeitung in Weinbergen, Obstgärten, Baumschulen oder im Garten- u. Landschaftsbau.
Die Konstruktion dieser Bodenfräse ist sehr einfach, robust und widerstandsfähig. Sie ist somit auch für den harten Einsatz im Erdreich geeignet.
Funktion einer Bodenumkehrfräse:
Die Bodenumkehrfräse dreht sich gegen die Fahrtrichtung und nimmt somit den Boden auf. Der Boden wird dabei gegen ein Gitter geworfen. Steine und andere grobe Bodenbestandsteile werden durch das Gitter ausgesiebt. Dadurch fallen die groben Bestandteile vor das Gitter in die Fräsgrube. Die Nachlaufwalze sorgt für eine Glättung der entstandenen Unebenheiten.
Diese Bodenumkehrfräse ist ideal für die Neuanlage von Flächen, zum Beispiel für Rasenflächen.
