Der Walzenholzhacker R-150 STANDARD ist zur Zerkleinerung der Äste von bis zu 13 cm Durchmesser. Der Holzhacker wurde im Werk REMET CNC Technology vom Anfang an ausgelegt und hergestellt. Die geschweißte Konstruktion ist völlig zerlegbar und garantiert die Steifigkeit und Festigkeit der ganzen Maschine. Das genaue Schneidemechanismus wird mit den CNC-Maschinen hergestellt und zeichnet sich durch hohe Qualität, Genauigkeit und gleichachsiges Getriebe aus, somit wird die lange Lebensdauer der Maschine und aller Komponenten garantiert.
Das Schneidemechanismus ist mit der einer Spannkupplung ausgestattet, die das Justieren der Messer ermöglicht. Andere Funktion dieser Kupplung ist das Vorbeugen der Beschädigung durch Überlastung.
Der Holzhacker kann zusätzlich mit der Schwungmasse o. dem Antriebsrad und dem ausklappbarem Förderband ausgestattet werden, das parallel oder senkrecht zum Gerät gestellt werden kann.
